Welcome to Kasha Interior. These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse this website or order from us. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is operated by Kasha Interior, Shop No. 1 & 2, Near Parnami Mandir, Raja Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("Kasha", "we", "us").

2. How ordering works

  1. This website is a catalogue. It does not take payment and has no online checkout.
  2. When you tap "Order on WhatsApp", your bag is written into a WhatsApp message addressed to us. Sending that message is a request to buy, not a confirmed order.
  3. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm availability, the price of each piece, any offer that applies, shipping charges and the final amount.
  4. Your order is confirmed, and a contract between you and Kasha Interior is formed, only when we have confirmed it on WhatsApp and received your payment.
  5. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a piece is out of stock or a price or description was shown in error. If you have already paid for something we cannot supply, we will refund that amount.

3. Prices, offers and taxes

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless we tell you otherwise, shipping charges are additional and are confirmed before you pay.
  • Prices, offers and availability shown on the website can change without notice and are not binding until we confirm your order.
  • Offers and offer codes are applied when we confirm your order. They cannot be combined or exchanged for cash unless we say so, and we may withdraw an offer at any time before your order is confirmed.
  • Applicable taxes are included or charged as shown on your invoice.

4. Payment and receipt

  • Payment is made using the payment details we share with you in the WhatsApp chat.
  • We only share payment details from our official WhatsApp number, +91 96804 11516. Please do not pay anyone else claiming to act for us.
  • We will never ask for your card number, PIN, password or OTP.
  • After payment we send your invoice or receipt in the same chat.

5. Products

  • We try to show each piece accurately. Colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly from the photographs because of lighting, screens and hand-finishing. These variations are not defects.
  • Sizes are approximate and are given in inches unless stated otherwise.
  • Stock shown on the website is indicative. Availability is confirmed when we reply to your order.

6. Shipping, returns and replacements

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Using this website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, copy it in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Kasha Interior name and logo, and the text, photographs and design of this website, belong to Kasha Interior or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Links and third-party services

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kasha Interior is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The terms in force when your order is confirmed apply to that order.
