Shipping Policy

We're committed to delivering your order safely and on time. This policy explains how shipping and delivery work.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays) after we have confirmed your order on WhatsApp and received your payment. We'll message you again when your order has been shipped. If there is a delay, we'll let you know on WhatsApp or by phone.

Shipping charges and delivery time

Standard delivery (India): 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges depend on the size of the order and your PIN code. We confirm them on WhatsApp before you pay.
Express shipping is available in select areas at an additional cost. Ask us when you order.

Serviceable locations

We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post. For remote or non-serviceable PIN codes, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or issue a full refund.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, we'll send the tracking ID and courier details on WhatsApp so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 96804 11516 or at [email protected], with your order reference and photos of the product and packaging. See our Return Policy for what happens next. If your order is lost in transit, we'll either resend the item or issue a full refund after verification.

Change of shipping address

If you need to update your address, please message us within 12 hours of confirming your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change it.

Delayed deliveries

Delays can occur for reasons beyond our control, such as logistics issues, strikes or natural events. We'll keep you informed throughout.

International shipping

Kasha Interior currently ships only within India.
