What this website does and does not collect

  • No accounts. You do not create an account or password on this website.
  • No online payment. This website does not ask for, process or store card, UPI or bank details.
  • No tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
  • Saved on your own device only. Your bag, wishlist, recently viewed pieces and any order note are stored in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you return. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
  • Technical logs. Like most websites, the company that hosts this website may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Map. Our Contact page shows a Google Map. When that page loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Information you choose to send us

Orders and enquiries are sent to us through WhatsApp. When you tap "Order on WhatsApp", "Ask a question", "Chat with us" or a similar button, WhatsApp opens with a message that you can read and edit before you send it. Nothing reaches us until you press send.

The message, and what you share with us afterwards in the chat, may include:

  • your name and phone number (your WhatsApp number is visible to us when you message us);
  • the pieces, sizes, quantities and prices in your order, an order reference and any note or offer code;
  • your delivery address and PIN code;
  • payment confirmation, such as a transaction reference or screenshot.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your use of it is also covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

How we use this information

  • to confirm availability, price, shipping and the final amount of your order;
  • to take payment, issue your invoice or receipt and deliver your order;
  • to answer questions, give styling advice and handle replacements or complaints;
  • to keep the business and tax records the law requires;
  • to send you new arrivals and offers on WhatsApp, only if you have asked for them. Reply "STOP" at any time and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with:

  • courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order;
  • banks and payment providers, to receive your payment;
  • our accountants and tax advisers, and government authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order, invoice and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep enquiries and chats for as long as needed to help you, and delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, and withdraw your consent to offers at any time. To do so, message us on WhatsApp or email us using the details above. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send us card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs. We will never ask for them.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
